Q: Can I consolidate four SBA loans into one?
A: Through one of our partner SBA preferred lending banks, Radix Financial Group was able to consolidate a Pilates studio’s four SBA loans — about $293,000 in balances — into one $350,000 loan that included a little working capital, while the studio’s EIDL loan stayed in place.
Here’s how it worked…
A Pilates studio run by a Pilates influencer was carrying four SBA loans — four payments, four sets of terms, rates from 9.5% to 13.25%. Together, they cost about $5,339 a month.
On top of that, the business had an EIDL loan at 3.75% — cheap money it wanted to keep.
Through one of our partner SBA preferred lending banks, Radix Financial Group was able to refinance all four SBA loans into a single $350,000 loan, including a little working capital. The EIDL loan stayed exactly where it was.
Four payments became one. The cheap loan stayed cheap. And the business got a little extra capital to work with.
